Custom Manufacturing Process
Our bespoke typographic curation and custom sign manufacturing require exact specifications. Once a custom order is placed and the final digital proof is approved by you, the design goes into immediate production. Due to the handcrafted, artisanal nature of our premium neon and LED signs, slight variations in color, tube bending, and acrylic cutting may occur. These are not defects but characteristics of a handcrafted product. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Pricing & Payment
All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Full payment is required upfront for all standard and custom orders before manufacturing or shipping commences. We utilize secure, encrypted payment gateways to process your transactions safely.
Shipping Timelines
We pride ourselves on a seamless installation experience, which begins with reliable shipping. Standard catalogue items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom bespoke orders require a manufacturing lead time of 2-4 weeks prior to dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or courier disruptions.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall AceSnook Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
